Find out how to collect your keys and where to park

Familiarise yourself with our arrivals guidance before you move into halls of residence at Archers Road.  

Key collection

Key collection for our main arrival dates will be;

• To those arriving for Gateley Hall on the Saturday you will be able to collect your keys from Gateley Common room.   
• For those moving in to Romero on the Sunday, you will be able to collect your keys from Romero Common room. 
• If you arrive during the evening or night time, or after our main intake weekend, head into the Archers Road reception which can be found at Gateley Hall to collect your keys.

Trolleys

Trolleys will be available for you to borrow to unload your belongings into your room.  

Parking at Gateley Hall

There are two small car parks on either side of the building. While there are several spaces, the car park itself is quite small. If the car park is full, you will be directed to use the overflow parking at Banister School.  

The turning into the car park is just off a main road. Please be considerate to other road users and try not to block entrances/roads.  

Parking at Romero Hall

There are a good number of parking spaces at the front of Romero Hall. If the car park is full, you will be directed to use the overflow parking at Banister School.
