Familiarise yourself with our arrivals guidance before you move into halls of residence at Erasmus Park. 

Key collection

Keys can be collected from Erasmus Park main reception/common room, which will be clearly signposted. 

Trolleys

Trolleys will be available for you to borrow to unload your belongings into your room.  

Parking

Erasmus Park is located on Easton Lane, however, there is no vehicle access from the main road. The entrance to the car park is located at the back of the halls site off Moorside Road.  

There is ample car parking — please park anywhere in the car park.  

Weekend Road closure - 21:00 Friday 11 September to 06:00 on Monday 14 September

Junction 9, which is located next to Erasmus Park and would normally be the closest exit off the M3 to access Erasmus Park, is closed between 21:00 on Friday 11 September to 06:00 on Monday 14 September. As a result alternative routes through Winchester will be required to access and exit Erasmus Park. We expect there to be heavier than usual traffic around Winchester. If you plan to travel to the site via the M3 please allow extra time when travelling and plan your journey ahead. 

The M3 itself will remain open but the slip roads at this junction will be closed.
