Wessex Lane arrivals

Find out how to collect your keys and where to park

Familiarise yourself with our arrivals guidance before you move into halls of residence at Wessex Lane. 

Key collection

If arriving on one of the main arrival dates (10 September to 14 September 2026) please head to the Boiler House common room, located around 200-300m on the left as you enter the site.

If you arrive during the evening, or on a date after 14 September 2026, you can collect your keys from Wessex Lane reception.

Trolleys

Trolleys will be available for you to borrow to unload your belongings into your room.  

Parking

If you are moving into Montefiore 1, Montefiore 2, or Montefiore 4, spaces are located near the entrance to the site, so please use those closest to the entrance where available. 

If you are moving into Montefiore 3, we suggest parking further up the car park — past the key collection point — to be as close to these blocks as possible.
