Equality, visibility & community

Returning Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August 2026

Southampton Pride is a symbol of remembrance, resilience, and continued advocacy, honouring the struggles of the past while championing progress for future generations.

This year's 2-day festival will be anchored at Guildhall Square and features the iconic #SOProud March, live music and community stalls.

Here are all the key details:

The #SOProud March: The annual parade kicks off at 11:00 from Queen's Park on Saturday morning, marching through the city centre before arriving at the main festivities.

Festival Activities: Expect 2 packed days of live music, cabaret, and drag performances. There will also be an indoor Market Hall with community stalls, charities, and vendors inside the O2 Guildhall.

Ticket Info: The main daytime festival is completely free to attend, requiring no tickets, though supporter and VIP upgrades are typically available.

Southampton has also been officially named as the host of UK Pride for 2027 by the Board of Trustees at UK Pride Organisers Network, and expect next year's celebrations to be the largest Pride ever held in Southampton!
