Familiarise yourself with our arrivals guidance before you move into halls of residence at City Gateway.

Key collection

Keys can be collected from City Gateway’s main reception which is located on the ground floor of C block.

Parking

Parking is located around the side of City Gateway. The car park is shared with a doctor’s surgery and the Simply Fresh shop, but you can use these spaces at the weekend in addition to the halls parking spaces. 

Please note the parking area is not owned by the University and is privately managed. Parking spaces are time limited and ticketing is in operation for those that overstay the time period. Full details on parking conditions are on signage around the car park.
